Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi launched this budget smartphones in November. The Redmi Y1 Lite is targeted towards the youth who want bigger screens & better cameras for selfies. Both the Redmi Y1 & Redmi Y1 Lite are alike in terms of specifications. Let’s see what the later one offers more than the former one.

Display & Design:

The Redmi Y1 features a 5.5 inch screen similar to that of Redmi Y1. The display resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels is also the same. Xiaomi has fitted Corning Gorilla Glass for protection against accidental damage & scratches. The phone is build of metal unibody. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack & comes in Gold & Dark Grey colors.
